This is my first job and I am a Sales Assistance for Samsonite in a one week event. The first few days in the job was hectic as we have many customers flooding in trying to purchase our luggage. In no time I quickly learn to be independent and outgoing since i am a sales assistant i should always deliver the right information to my customers and so to ensure that my customers will be satisfied with the product that we have introduced and they can purchase it with joy.

In this job as a Sales Associate i learn more than just selling a right product and ensure that the customers are satisfied. I learn that in the retail industry we have to engage with the customers to make them feel comfortable as if we are their expression of what they are feeling and thinking inside.
